TotGuard™ Supports Multiple Tag Types

Adoption of our TotGuard Infant Security solution opens up the option to employ a comprehensive variety of tag choices which you can mix and match to suit your needs. New tag types are continuously being added to the family, so contact us if you don’t see a tag that satisfies your particular needs.

TotGuard Tamper Tags

Available in 12 month versions, these tags contain a patented Dual-tamper Detection technology which significantly reduces nuisance alarms. They are mounted to the ankle or upper-arm of the infant, using a specially designed soft, baby friendly wrap that greatly simplifies the application of the tags

Patient Tags

These are available in Disposable or 12 month versions, and can be used for Pediatric patients or Wandering Patient applications. Normal hospital bands, including tear-proof bands, may be used to mount these on a patient’s wrist.

Umbilical Tags

We have the smallest and lightest Umbilical Tag available in the market, at a mere 5gms. You have a choice of using a Disposable version to assist you with your infection control measures, or a multiple use version that has a 3 month battery life. As with other tags in the family, the Umbilical Tag is waterproof, and so you can bathe an infant without the need to remove the tag.

Article Tags

Can’t find a Breast Pump that you urgently need, or are your wheelchairs disappearing? With a battery life of 3 years, GuardRFID’s Article Tags are your answer for active rfid tracking, locating and protecting your precious assets so that they are available when you most need them.

Mother Tags

Avoid mix-ups between mothers and their babies by using GuardRFID’s Mother Tag. The system will warn you if you happen to be handing over a newborn to the wrong mother.
