Infant Tags
Infant Tags are active tags specifically designed for infants and pediatric patients. These active RFID tags are used as part of the GuardRFID® TotGuard® infant security solution. The tags provide real-time location services while the solution software can be configured to control and lock doors to protect tagged infants from suspicious activity. Infant tags are available with a range of tamper detecting features and can be paired with Mother Tags to confirm when the infant approaches the person or object they are bonded with. After you apply the tag on to the child and assign the tag in the AllGuard software, the system is able to automatically lock doors if the child unexpectedly approaches a secured exit and warn you if they come close to the wrong Mother Tag.
